Health Coverage Deadline Extended

Healthcare.gov has announced that the deadline to enroll for health coverage starting January 1, 2017 has been extended until December 19^th.

What that means is if you did not get enrolled yesterday, you still have a few days to get coverage that starts on January 1^st.  This was an expected move as the Healthcare.gov website experienced heavy traffic, delays, and occasional interruptions in service over the last few days.

If you are still on the fence about getting coverage, or simply ran out of time, this is your opportunity to finish your application and enroll for a January 1 coverage date.
