Latorre Insurance, a leading North Carolina full service insurance brokerage with a dynamic, team oriented and collaborative culture is recruiting for a Commercial Lines Customer Care Advisor to join our successful growth focused team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong bilingual background (English and Spanish), both verbal and written. P&C insurance license is required or the ability to attain said license within 60 days of employment. The best candidates will have a solid working knowledge of commercial insurance including general liability, worker’s compensation, umbrella, and business auto insurance policies. This is a high-growth position with outstanding prospects for advancement.
Some of the key position duties are:
Outstanding customer service skills are a must. A high school diploma is required. At least some college is preferred. Commercial insurance experience is preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
